Wide-format UV printer printing a colourful banner in a print hall

Large Format Printing Company – UV Print up to 3.2 m Wide, Finished and Delivered Across Europe

Large format printing in one plant, from print to finishing

Large format printing means anything too big for a sheet-fed press: banners, building wraps, window vinyl, fabric walls, POS boards, signs. Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland, where we have been printing since 1991. The plant runs more than 35 machines, so print, cutting, welding, sewing and packing happen under one roof and one production schedule.

What that covers in practice:

  • Roll-to-roll UV printing up to 3.2 m wide without joins: PVC banners, mesh, blockout, backlit banner, paper, self-adhesive films
  • LED UV printing directly on textiles, with an ink set made for fabric, plus dye-sublimation where you need ink through to the reverse or a very soft hand
  • Flatbed UV printing straight onto dibond, foam PVC, acrylic, polycarbonate, honeycomb board and corrugated card
  • Finishing: hot-air welded hems, automatic eyeleting, pole pockets, a sewing room for SEG silicone edge and hemming, CNC routing, laser cutting, plotter cutting and lamination

Because finishing is in-house, a banner leaves us with hems welded and eyelets every 50 cm as standard, and an SEG graphic leaves with its silicone edge already sewn on. For products built around print, see light boxes, SEG frames and scaffold and mesh banners.

A worked example: 60 m² of coated 510 g banner falls in the 50–99 m² band, so 60 × €7 = from approx. €420 net, hemmed and eyeleted. Anything wider than 3.2 m is joined with a welded seam at approx. €3 net per linear metre. Prices for UK customers can be quoted in GBP on request. Full material lists are on the frontlight banner, board printing and backlit banner pages; banner-specific options are covered on our banner printing page.

Files, resolution and proofs

Send print-ready PDFs at 1:1 or to a stated scale such as 1:10, with fonts outlined and bleed added. A common question is what dpi large format printing needs: for a banner viewed from several metres, 100–150 dpi at full size is usually enough; for close-viewing graphics such as POS or interior panels, aim higher. Every file goes through a technical check before production at no extra cost.

If colour is critical, order an A3 test print on the target material from approx. €13 net, or a contract proof from approx. €38 net. Our studio can also adapt one design to other formats from approx. €13 net per size. More on the file preparation and preflight page.

Lead times: tell us your date

Standard production takes about 3 working days from file approval. Express 24-hour print is available for approx. 40% on top of the print value. Large projects, such as multi-site campaigns or building wraps over several hundred square metres, take up to about 14 days plus transport.

The most useful thing you can give us is your deadline: the date the graphics must be on site. We plan production and transport backwards from that date and confirm it in writing before we start.

Delivery to your country, installation if needed

Our own vans run across Europe, and for smaller or urgent consignments we use courier networks and dedicated couriers. We ship worldwide, including to the UK and Ireland. For the UK we handle export paperwork with our forwarders; ask us about delivery terms. Rolled graphics travel in tubes (approx. €5 net per item), rigid boards on wrapped pallets (approx. €19 net per pallet).

Where graphics need fitting, our own crews work with a platform reaching 18 m, and our partner network across the EU and local firms in your country help with installation. Details on delivery and installation in Europe.

For printers, sign makers and agencies

A large share of our output is wholesale large format printing for other businesses that resell it. We dispatch in neutral packaging with no logo of ours, and we sign a confidentiality agreement on request. We also print on your own boards or rolls when you supply the material. See white label printing for how trade orders work, or print management partner if you buy print for multiple clients.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

What is large format printing?

It is digital printing on rolls or boards too large for standard presses, typically from about 1 m up to several metres wide. We print up to 3.2 m wide in one piece on roll materials and directly onto rigid boards on flatbed UV machines.

How much does large format printing cost?

It depends on material and total area. A coated PVC banner costs from approx. €13 net per m² for 1–4 m² and from approx. €7 net per m² above 50 m². Dibond with UV print starts at approx. €35–55 net per m² including the board.

Can you print wider than 3.2 m?

Yes. We print in widths up to 3.2 m and weld the panels together, at approx. €3 net per linear metre of seam. Mesh building wraps and large stage backdrops are made this way.

Do you ship to the UK and Ireland?

Yes, with our own vans, courier partners or a dedicated courier for urgent jobs. We handle export paperwork with our forwarders; ask us about delivery terms to the UK.

Do I need to laminate UV-printed banners and vinyl?

Usually not. UV ink is resistant without laminate. We recommend laminate for vehicles, floors (anti-slip R10) and graphics that will be cleaned or touched often.

Can you send the order without your branding?

Yes. For trade customers we dispatch in neutral packaging with no logo of ours, and our installers can fit the job without our markings.
