Choosing window vinyl by what the window has to do

Cut lettering such as opening hours, door numbers and legal notices is plotted from coloured or translucent film and supplied with application tape, ready to fit. Product pages: shop window vinyl, one way vision film, frosted and decorative film and double-sided window stickers.

Custom window vinyl graphics prices

Approx. prices per m², net, including printing and straight cutting. Extras: cut lettering approx. €2 per metre of cutting path, weeding approx. €10/m², application tape approx. €6/m², kitting approx. €4 per store. Prices for UK customers are quoted in GBP on request.

Two examples. A single shop window of 2.5 × 2 m in one way vision: 5 m² × €14 = approx. €70 net. The same window for a chain of 80 stores: 400 m² × €10 = approx. €4,000, plus kitting 80 × €4 = €320, so approx. €4,320 net before delivery and fitting.

Seasonal window campaigns across a store network

For chains, shop window graphics are rarely a one-off. A sale, a seasonal theme or a product launch has to appear in every window on the same morning, and the windows are not all the same size. We work from a store list with the glass dimensions of each window; where measurements are missing, our team or a partner surveys the site (approx. €85 net per location).

Each window set is cut, numbered by position and packed with a fitting guide, then each store's sets are kitted together and labelled with the store code. Kits are dispatched to arrive before the change-over date. If you also need the previous campaign removed, crews can strip old film during the same visit. Fitting: our crews, partners or your staff

• Our two-person crews fit window vinyl for approx. €42 net per hour, or approx. €65 per hour at night or outside shopping centre opening hours.
• In other countries the work is done by installers from our partner network or by local companies we cooperate with.
• For simple campaigns, store staff can fit repositionable film themselves using the guide in the kit; it can be lifted and re-applied while positioning.

Floor graphics for retail and the rest of the store

Windows are usually only part of a campaign. Floor stickers with an R10 anti-slip laminate guide customers to a promotion or a queue, and cardboard displays and wobblers carry the message onto the shelf. All of it can be produced in one run and packed in the same kit – see floor graphics and POS displays.

How to order

Send the window sizes (visible glass, not the frame), a photo of each elevation and your artwork or brief. Our studio adapts one design to every window size, checks each file at no charge and sends proofs for approval. Standard production is approx. 3 working days; express 24-hour printing costs approx. 40 % more. Tell us the date the graphics must be on the glass and we plan to it. Our head office and production plant are in Wieluń, Poland; deliveries go by our own vehicles, couriers or dedicated couriers, and for the UK we handle the export paperwork with our forwarders.
