Wielka Reklama

Printing Company in Poland for Large Format Print, Signs and Displays

A printing company in Poland with its own plant, not a broker

If you are looking for a printing company in Poland, the first question is whether you are talking to the people who actually print. We are. Wielka Reklama was founded in 1991 and is still growing. Our head office and main production plant are at ul. Popiełuszki 13, 98-300 Wieluń, Poland.

Under one roof we run more than 35 machines:

  • UV printing up to 3.2 m wide without joins, on rolls and directly on rigid boards
  • LED UV printing on textiles and dye sublimation for fabric
  • CNC router, laser and cutting plotter for letters, shapes and POS parts
  • automatic eyeleting and our own sewing room for SEG fabric with silicone edge
  • a farm of 7 3D printers and a 3D scanner for prototypes and 3D logos

Our in-house design studio prepares print files, adapts key visuals and designs logos.

Large format printing in Poland – and what we do not do

Search results for printing in Poland are full of book and offset printers. That is a different trade. Our focus is visual advertising and large format printing in Poland: banners and mesh, fabric graphics, light boxes, built-up letters, exhibition systems, rigid signs and POS displays. We also print smaller-format items such as catalogues for campaigns, but if you need 20,000 hardback books, a specialised book printer is the better choice.

As a sign manufacturer in Poland we build the whole product, not only the print: frames, LED modules and power supplies for light boxes, routed letters, fabric frames with sewn graphics. More on each range: large format printing, light box manufacturer, SEG fabric frames, exhibition graphics, POS displays and signage manufacturer in Europe.

Delivery: our own vehicles across Europe every day

This usually decides whether buying from a printing company in Poland is simple. Our own vehicles drive across Europe every day, so most orders do not wait for a third-party groupage slot. Alongside them we use couriers and, when a date is tight, a dedicated courier that leaves as soon as the goods are packed. We ship worldwide, including to the UK.

For installation, we work with a partner network across the EU and with local companies in your country. On larger projects our own crews travel with the goods, with a mobile platform for work up to 18 m (see installation in Poland and Europe and multi-address packing and shipping). Details by country: delivery and installation across Europe and, for Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Benelux, printing supplier for the Nordics and Benelux.

Lead times

  • Standard production: approx. 3 working days, plus transport.
  • Express printing in 24 hours: on average approx. 40 % on top of the print price.
  • Large projects (many locations, built signage, exhibition stands): up to about 14 days, plus transport.

Tell us when the goods have to be at the store, venue or site, and we plan production and transport backwards from that date.

How an order works, step by step

  1. Send your enquiry by email or through the form: product, sizes, quantity, delivery address and the date you need. English is fine, so are German, French, Spanish and Polish.
  2. You receive a written quote in EUR with production time, transport and the VAT treatment for your company.
  3. You send print files, or our studio prepares them. Every file goes through a technical check before printing.
  4. You approve a digital proof. On request we print a sample on the final material (an A3 test print costs approx. €13).
  5. Production. Before packing, colours are checked against the proof and every light box is switched on and tested.
  6. Packing and dispatch with our own vehicle, courier or dedicated courier; you get the delivery details in advance.
  7. Installation by our crew or a partner, if ordered.
  8. Invoice. EU business customers with a valid EU VAT number are usually invoiced under the reverse charge, which we confirm in the quote. For the UK and Switzerland, export paperwork is handled with our forwarders – ask us about delivery terms to your country.

Concerns about ordering abroad – and how we handle them

  • Quality you cannot see before delivery. You approve a proof before production, can order a printed sample on the final material, and light boxes are test-lit before they leave the plant. Work for retail chains, sports leagues and institutions: case studies.
  • Deadlines. We plan from your date, not from ours, and tell you up front if a date is not realistic. Express production and a dedicated courier are available when time is short.
  • Communication. You get one contact person who speaks your language – English, German, French, Spanish or Polish – from quote to delivery.
  • Transport damage. Goods are packed for the journey: banners rolled in tubes, rigid boards and light boxes on pallets with protection. Our own vehicles mean fewer reloads.
  • Complaints. If something is wrong, send us photos and a description. Every complaint is assessed individually, and we agree the solution with you in writing.

White label for agencies and print managers

Many clients in the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia and Benelux are agencies, sign makers and print managers who resell our work. We ship in neutral packaging without our logo, deliver straight to the end client, install without our markings and sign a confidentiality agreement on request. See white label printing for the full set-up.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

Where exactly are you based?

Our head office and main production plant are at ul. Popiełuszki 13, 98-300 Wieluń, Poland. We have no offices in other countries; we serve them with our own vehicles, couriers and a partner network for installation.

Is printing in Poland cheaper than in the UK?

For large format, light boxes, fabric systems and series production it often is, even with transport included. For a single small urgent item a local printer may be better. Send us the specification and compare a real quote in EUR.

How long does delivery to the UK or Ireland take?

Production takes approx. 3 working days as standard, then transport. The transport time depends on the destination and method, and we state it in the quote. For fixed dates we plan backwards from your deadline.

Do I pay VAT on an order from Poland?

EU businesses with a valid EU VAT number are usually invoiced under the reverse charge; we confirm this in the quote. For the UK, Switzerland and Norway, export paperwork is handled with our forwarders – ask us about delivery terms.

Can I speak to someone in English?

Yes. We have staff who speak English, German, French and Spanish, and you keep one contact person for the whole order.

Do you work as a white label print supplier in Europe?

Yes. Neutral packaging, delivery to your client, no markings on site and a confidentiality agreement on request.

What happens if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Send photos and a short description straight away. We assess every complaint individually and agree the solution with you.
