Cardboard displays and other POS we produce
- Floor standing display units and shelf displays in corrugated board, for FMCG, cosmetics, drinks and seasonal promotions – see shelf displays.
- Counter-top displays in cardboard or clear acrylic, with hot-bent acrylic for trays and leaflet pockets – see counter displays.
- Dump bins for loose and promotional products – see dump bins.
- Hook and peg displays in foam PVC, honeycomb board or plywood – see hook displays.
- Cardboard standees, life-size figures and totems – see cardboard standees.
- Shelf wobblers, shelf stoppers and price tags in HIPS – see wobblers and shelf stoppers.
- Shop-in-shop modules built on fabric frames – see SEG fabric frames.
Because everything is made under one roof, a campaign can combine cardboard displays with window vinyl, floor graphics and a light box for the same stores, all printed to the same colour standard.
From brief to store: how a display is developed
- Brief: we need the product dimensions, the weight per shelf, the number of facings, where the display will stand and how many stores it is for.
- Structure: our studio models the display in 3D (approx. €45 net per hour) and prepares a cutting plan. If you want to show the concept internally first, a rendered visual costs approx. €75 net.
- Prototype: we cut a white or printed sample on the production material, load it with your product and adjust the structure. An A3 colour test on the target board costs approx. €13 net.
- Production: graphics are printed UV directly onto the board, then cut and creased on a digital cutting table. No steel cutting die is needed, so there is no tooling cost and changes between prototype and series cost nothing extra.
- Packing and distribution: displays are packed flat, kitted per store with any wobblers and posters, labelled from your address list and dispatched.

Indicative POS material prices per m² (net)
| Material | Typical use | 1–4 m² | 16–49 m² | 100+ m² |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Corrugated board 3.5 mm | floor displays, dump bins, standees | €21 | €15 | €13 |
| HIPS 0.8 mm | wobblers, shelf stoppers, hangers | €24 | €18 | €16 |
| Foam PVC 3 mm | shelf strips, headers, signs | €33 | €24 | €21 |
| Foam PVC 5 mm | hook displays, standees | €39 | €30 | €26 |
| Honeycomb board 10 mm | light, rigid stands | €45 | €35 | €30 |
| Clear acrylic 3 mm, white underprint | counter displays, leaflet holders | €60 | €48 | €43 |
Prices include the board, UV printing and straight cutting. Shaped cutting along the die line and creasing are approx. €1 net per linear metre each, hot bending of acrylic approx. €6 per metre of bend, kitting approx. €4 per store and multi-drop dispatch approx. €3 per store. Prices for UK customers are quoted in GBP on request.
Worked example: 40 floor displays, each using about 2.5 m² of printed corrugated board. 100 m² × €13 = approx. €1,300; with roughly 18 m of cutting and creasing per unit, 720 m × €1 = approx. €720. That gives approx. €2,020 net, or about €51 per display before kitting and delivery. A real quote depends on the structure, so send us the brief.
POS displays for retail: who orders them
Most of our POS work comes from food and drinks producers launching a product in supermarket chains, cosmetics brands that need counter units for pharmacies and perfumeries, and agencies running in-store promotions for several brands at once. Retail chains order the same materials for their own seasonal campaigns, often together with shop window graphics. You can see examples in our case studies.

Runs and lead times
Digital printing and cutting make sense from a single prototype upwards, and the price per m² falls as the total area of the order grows. Standard production takes approx. 3 working days after the prototype is signed off; larger projects can take up to about 14 days plus transport. Express 24-hour printing is available for approx. 40 % on top of the print price. Give us the date the displays must be in store and we plan production around it.
Delivery to stores in the UK, Ireland and the EU
Displays can go to your distribution centre on pallets or directly to each store, packed and labelled per address. We use couriers, dedicated couriers for urgent loads and our own vehicles running across Europe. Where displays need assembling in store, our partner network and local installers can do it. For the UK we handle export paperwork with our forwarders; ask us about delivery terms. Larger chain projects are covered on our retail rollout page. Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland, where we have been producing advertising since 1991.
For agencies and print managers
If you sell POS under your own name, we act as your point of sale display manufacturer in the background: neutral packaging, no logo on delivery notes and a confidentiality agreement on request. See white label printing and our page for print management companies.
