Both routes use the same production in our plant in Wieluń, Poland, where the company has been making advertising since 1991. If you are a sign maker buying trade, read our white label printing page for how unbranded orders work.

What we manufacture

  • LED light boxes: single-sided with acrylic and vinyl face, double-sided projecting signs, routed dibond faces where only the letters light up, fabric (SEG) light boxes. Details on our light box manufacturer page.
  • Built-up letters: face lit, halo lit, face and halo, and non-illuminated letters in dibond or acrylic. See built-up letters.
  • Pylons and totems: illuminated double-sided pylons for retail parks and fuel stations, non-illuminated dibond totems on steel frames.
  • LED neon flex signs on PVC or clear acrylic for interiors and shop windows.
  • Flat signs and wayfinding: dibond and acrylic panels with UV print, door and directional signs, building numbers, hotel and office signage.

In-house we have flatbed UV print, CNC routing, laser cutting, acrylic bending, a farm of seven 3D printers, 3D printing of one-piece channel letter bodies, and a 3D scanner for matching existing elements.

From survey to installation

  1. Survey or your dimensions. We measure on site or work from your photos and drawings.
  2. Technical drawing with materials, fixings, LED layout and power supply position. In the UK and Ireland, illuminated signs often need consent from the local planning authority; our drawings and specifications can go straight into your application.
  3. Production: standard work about 3 working days, larger signage packages up to about 14 days plus transport. Give us your opening or launch date and we plan backwards from it.
  4. Transport by our own vans across Europe or by courier and dedicated courier for smaller items. Large boxes travel crated or on pallets.
  5. Installation by our crews or by our partner network across the EU and local firms in your country. Old signs can be removed and disposed of from approx. €16 net per m².

After installation we offer servicing: an inspection of LEDs, power supplies and seals from approx. €60 net, LED module or power supply replacement from approx. €42 net plus parts.

Multi-site and multi-country signage

Working with one signage company in Europe for every country keeps fonts, colours and light output identical from store to store. For chains we produce identical signs in series, label them per location and deliver them in the order your fitters need. That is the core of a retail signage rollout across Europe. We have produced signage for retail chains, sports clubs and leagues, and public institutions; examples are on our case study page. Buyers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands and Belgium can find specific delivery information on our Nordics and Benelux supplier page.

UK deliveries

We ship signs to the UK and Ireland with our own vans or through forwarders. For the UK we handle export paperwork with our forwarders; ask us about delivery terms when you request a quote.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

Do you sell to trade sign makers?

Yes. Trade sign makers can order supply-only light boxes, letters and pylons with drawings and power supplies, dispatched in neutral packaging.

Can you install signs outside Poland?

Yes. Our own crews travel with a platform reaching 18 m, and our partner network across the EU and local firms in your country install where that is more practical.

How long does a sign take to make?

Standard work takes about 3 working days of production; larger packages up to about 14 days plus transport. Tell us your deadline and we plan around it.

Do illuminated signs need planning permission in the UK?

Often they do, as advertisement consent from the local planning authority. Rules depend on size, illumination and location, so check with your council. We supply the drawings and lighting specifications for the application.

What power supplies do your light boxes use?

Our standard light boxes use LED modules in an aluminium profile with IP67-rated power supplies.

Can you make one sign or only series?

Both. One-off signs and series for chains are made on the same production line; series simply get per-location labelling and packing.
