Retail Rollout Across Europe: Multi-Site Signage Made, Packed per Store and Installed

What a signage rollout involves in practice

A rollout is the same change made in many places within a fixed window: a rebrand across a chain, a new store concept, a seasonal campaign in every window, or new legal and safety signage in each branch. The difficulty is rarely the printing itself. It is making sure that dozens or hundreds of stores each receive the right set of items, in the right sizes, on the right day, and that someone is there to fit them.

That is why we treat a multi-site signage rollout as a logistics project with production in the middle. Every store gets a record with its measurements, photos, variant and delivery address, and every kit leaves the plant labelled with the store code.

Rollout stages and indicative costs

StageWhat happensIndicative cost (net)

Storagespare graphics for later wavesapprox. €26 per pallet per month

Example: a window campaign for 150 stores where measurements already exist. Kitting 150 × €4 = approx. €600 and dispatch 150 × €3 = approx. €450, so approx. €1,050 net on top of the printed graphics, which are priced by area. See window graphics prices for typical film rates. Prices for UK customers are quoted in GBP on request.

How we workFrom idea to installation — 5 steps
  1. 01Brief

Description, sizes, site photos and deadline — a few sentences are enough.

  2. 02Design and quote

Our designers prepare artwork or a visualisation and you get a price.

  3. 03Approval

You approve the design; for brand colours we provide a proof.

  4. 04Production

35+ machines in our own plant in Poland: 3.2 m UV print, CNC, laser, 3D, sewing.

  5. 05Installation or delivery

Own crews and vehicles across Europe, partner network, couriers worldwide.

Planning a multi-site signage rollout

We start from your go-live date and work backwards. Production is batched by region or by installation wave, so the first stores can be fitted while later kits are still being printed. Standard production runs at approx. 3 working days per batch; a large programme may need up to about 14 days plus transport, and urgent print can go through a 24-hour express service for approx. 40 % extra.

Store variants are handled through the site list rather than through hundreds of separate orders. If one store has a narrower window or a listed shopfront, its record says so and its kit is produced accordingly. You approve the list once; changes during the project are tracked against it. The same approach works for shopping centre signage, where landlords often ask for drawings and material data before they allow work to start.

Installation: our crews, partner installers or store teams

There are three ways to get the signage fitted, and most projects use a mix:

  • Our own installation crews, equipped with a mobile elevating work platform up to 18 m (approx. €230 net per day with operator). Travel is charged at approx. €1 per km, counted both ways from Wieluń.
  • Partner installers in our network across the EU, and local firms we cooperate with in the client's country, for stores far from our routes or for fast parallel fitting.
  • Store staff, for simple items such as wobblers, posters and repositionable window film, supported by a fitting guide in each kit.

Work in shopping centres is often only possible outside opening hours, and we plan crews for night shifts where needed. Details are on our page about delivery and installation across Europe.

Lead timesHow long it takes
  • 24 h
express printing (UV inks need no drying)
  • approx. 3 days
    standard lead time
  • up to 14 days
large and custom projects with installation

Plus courier delivery. Tell us your date — we plan production around it.

Rolling out in several countries

Many chains we work for trade in more than one market. We adapt artwork into language versions, keep one colour standard across all of them, and communicate with your local teams in English, German, French, Spanish or Polish. Kits travel with our own vehicles on European routes, by courier or by dedicated courier for urgent loads. For UK stores we handle export paperwork with our forwarders; ask us about delivery terms. We do not have branches abroad: our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland, and local work is done by our crews, partners and cooperating companies.

What we need for a quote

A store list with addresses, the scope per store (or a typical store plus exceptions), photos if you have them, the go-live date and whether you need installation. With that we can price a pilot of a few stores first, which is often the most sensible way to test fixing methods and timings before the full retail rollout.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

What does retail rollout mean?

It means introducing the same signage, display or store design change across many locations of a chain within a planned schedule, including production, packing per store, delivery and installation.

Do you work with print management companies?

Yes. Many rollouts reach us through print managers and agencies, and we can work white label for them. See our page for print management companies.

Can you install outside opening hours?

Yes. Night or out-of-hours fitting in shopping centres and trading stores is charged at approx. €65 net per hour for a two-person crew.

How do you handle stores with different window sizes?

Each store has its own record with measurements and variant. Kits are produced and labelled per store, so a non-standard site does not need a separate order.

Can you keep spare graphics for later?

Yes. We store client graphics for approx. €26 net per pallet per month and dispatch replacements or the next wave from stock.

Do you have offices in other countries?

No. Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland. We serve other countries with our own vehicles and crews, couriers, our partner network and local companies we cooperate with.
